September 26th, Wakeskate Cup 2009 in Toulouse Sesquière, France.

The Wakeskate Cup 2009 is a 100% wakeskate contest. It is also the french WWA cup 2009 but it is open to every wakeskater form all over the world. You can sign in for the event at Facebook (search for "Wakeskate Cup 2009").

Wakeskate Competition at Foster´s Cup

In 2009 it´s the 3rd time the Foster´s Cup takes place at cable island, the wakeskatebomb-home-cable in Magdebooogie / Germany. This year the event includes a wakeskate competition with some real money to win!!

License: For the Foster`s Cup 2009 you´l need a valid WWA license. For more infos contact: info@wwa-europe.com.

Signature Wakeskates Website Online

The offical pre order time is over. The signature wakeskates store is online since a few days. Here are the specs from the skate:

• 3 stage rocker, 1.5 inches.
• Available in 39-41″ inches
• Weight: 12 1/2 pounds

They sell also fins and nubs. Fins and nubs are made of 100% HDPE, a very hard/dense plastic. All information and pics are taken from Signature wakeskates.

Kustom WakeTonik 2009

Here are the first real pics from the new Kustom wakeskate shoe - Kustom WakeTonik. The 2009 model based on the Dekade skate shoe like the last year model. Kustom has change the mesh material for more robustness. The price for the shoe is 69 Euro.

Neverride Accessories - Foamdecks and "Shrimms"

The Foam

There are very many different opinions about riding with griptape or foamdeck. One thing which most people will agree, buying griptape is a rather simple task, since there are skate-shops all over the place. Buying a single foam-sheet seems to be imposslible... until now.

The guys from switzerland have advanced their product range with some small but very nice things. They offer single foamsheets in black or white.

The foam material is equiped with strong M3- industrial glue.

The size of the sheets is 41,4 x 16 inch. They sell at 40 EUR per sheet.

The Shrimms

The other new item are the "shrimms" (shredding finns).

These skate-bump fins are made out of plastic material, similar to skate wheels.

Some tec-specs:

30 mm wide, 55mm long, 30mm high / weigth 44 gramms per pice / with metric screws.
